1/8 x 3 18-8 Stainless Steel Standard Dowel Pin is a corrosion-resistant replacement option for standard dowel locations where carbon steel has caused staining or seizure.
Water-treatment assemblies and wet-process equipment often need stainless alignment pins when uncoated carbon steel is not suitable. Oversize Dowel Pins may be appropriate for repair fits in re-reamed holes where a standard diameter no longer restores location. Use the nominal diameter, tolerance band, and length together; the dowel sets location while separate fasteners provide clamping force.
