10-32 x 1/8 Cup Point Slotted Headless Set Screw is a carbon steel slotted headless set screw for adjustments that need simple drive access and below-surface installation. Because the screw has no head, it can thread below the surface of a collar, hub, knob, or housing when the tapped hole permits. The cup point is commonly used where localized holding contact is desired and the mating surface can tolerate set screw marks.

Use this configuration for electrical panel hardware, equipment covers, control handles, and field service replacement work when the job calls for a headless screw and flat-blade drive access. A straight slot transmits less seating torque than a hex socket; when maximum tightening torque governs, compare alloy steel socket cup point set screws. Compare Cup Point Alloy Steel Socket Set Screws when socket-drive tightening is preferred. Need these slotted sets in stainless? Ask; non-catalog sourcing is what Cold Headers does.

Cold Headers has supplied specialty fasteners since 1962 and supports hard-to-find slotted set screw sourcing. Selection should reflect the shaft surface, required holding action, access for a flat blade, and the original hardware callout.
