1 Hi-Collar Helical Spring Lock Washer is a hi-collar helical spring lock washer for socket head cap screw counterbores and compact recessed joints. The washer is not a substitute for joint design review, but it is the washer style commonly paired with recessed socket head cap screws. For use with 1960 Series Socket Head Cap Screws, especially where a standard split washer is too wide.
Use this style for motor mounts, pump mounts, equipment bases, and machinery tie-down points when a standard split lock washer has too much outside diameter for the counterbore.
