1/2-13 x 1 Alloy Steel Low Head Socket Cap Screw is used where a standard socket head cap screw would create too much head projection for the available machine envelope. Alloy steel construction is paired with a reduced-profile head for designs that cannot accommodate taller socket-head hardware.
